About Me

JamesDutton

I am a professionally accredited freelance journalist currently working for MailOnline and Eurosport.

I work regular news shifts for their websites, monitoring the wires, building breaking stories and writing feature pieces.

I also write regular features for FourFourTwo and Squawka. My work has been featured in Goal and The Set Pieces.

I edit the analytical and satirical football website The False Nine and contribute to The Anfield Wrap.

I wrote a chapter for the 2015 book, We’re Everywhere Us, which charted the 2014-15 season for Liverpool FC from the eyes of fans of the club and its rivals.

I am a 2014 MA graduate in Newspaper Journalism at City University who has experience in live blogging, online content production and news reporting across the newspaper industry.

I used to work for the North Wales Daily Post where I was a breaking news reporter in charge of the regional live blog.

My work has also been published in The Daily Mail, The Independent, The Guardian, The Times and The Mirror.
